Siobhan Walsh

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist of The Psychological Society of Ireland and trauma therapist in Cork.  I have over 25 years of experience both in the US and in Ireland.

I believe that people who seek out therapy are self-striving individuals, motivated to grow and develop authentically. I recognise the importance of providing and maintaining a safe and non-judgemental space for my clients.

I specialise in the treatment of trauma (PTSD), and I also treat the following issues: anxiety, coercive control, childhood abuse and neglect, depression, divorce, grief and loss, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, panic attacks, and phobias.

Fully Qualified In Helping You:

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University College Dublin in 1991 and my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counselling from Seattle University in 2003.

My trauma qualifications include: Lifespan Integration, Comprehensive Resource Model, Advanced Master Programme on the Treatment of Trauma, and Brainspotting.
