How I Can Help

I provide online and in-person psychological therapy to individuals struggling with mental health issues. I also provide specialized trauma treatment services utilizing Brainspotting as a core trauma therapy treatment modality because of its effectiveness. Brainspotting is a powerful brain body-based therapy developed by David Grand in 2003. The process guides clients to gain access to the deeper structures of their brain where a lot of childhood wounding, self-concept conditioning, and emotional regulation gets interrupted or frozen ‘in-time’ in the body. It is a powerful therapeutic approach because it utilizes relevant eye positions or ‘brainspots’ which relate to unprocessed trauma. This process allows clients to release deeply held trauma in ways that go far beyond the realm of traditional talk therapy.
