About

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 25 years of experience providing psychological therapy and trauma treatment services to clients in Ireland, the US and Europe. Providing and maintaining a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients is of paramount importance to me in my clinical practice. I also recognize how imperative an attuned therapeutic presence is in facilitating deep healing in my clients.

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Pure Psychology from University College Dublin in 1991 and my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counselling from Seattle University in 2003. While residing in the US for over 17 years, I worked in outpatient and inpatient residential care facilities and community mental health agencies. I was also employed as a Pediatric Mental Health Specialist at Seattle Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Centre: Department of Outpatient Psychiatry.
